Today was great!!! Simply GREAT!!! =D

The Evangelistic Skit cum Worship Service performed by us went so unexpectedly well compared to all our past rehearsals. I am really glad that God had saved the very best version of our performance for the audience!

But what really came as a stunning surprise was when Shermaine, the friend whom I've invited, told me that she had accepted Christ during the sermon when the Sinner's prayer was read aloud by Uncle Samuel!

WOW! I went blanked for a while. Cause it's really such a WONDERFUL NEWS! Seriously, I almost went 'YAYNESS!' Lol... (And I can imagine the look on Caris's face when she read that. =þ)

Haha, anyway, during the refreshment, I managed to introduce her to GBCGYM people and a few other adults before Mommy Esther sat down to share God's Words with her using the 'FOUR FANTASTIC FACTS' booklet. (Oh yes Abner, I did type M.O.M.M.Y. Esther! =þ) Haha, and I could tell from her eyes that it came as a wonderful surprise too when I told her that Shermaine had accepted Christ during the sermon!

YAYNESS!!! =D

Anyway, yah. I gave Shermaine my favourite Bible (the one I always carry around) when she told Mommy Esther that she doesn't have one. I guess that's the best I could do at that time, since I'm not good at sharing Christ or anything like that. For now, I'll just ask her to come to church every Sunday. =) And yes, I still have 2 Bibles so don't worry about me. =)

Hmm...

The way God works really marvels me. It just dawned on me that if I didn't work at the optical shop, I wouldn't have recently met Shermaine, who so happened to be my youngest bro's classmate. If we didn't meet, we wouldn't keep in contact via SMSes and that means that I wouldn't even have the opportunity to invite her to church this morning in the first place!

So yea, I'm glad that she came and eventually took up God's offer of eternal salvation. =)
